How to get the sensor repaired if need be
The product is very good, i already had one. However, after a year of usage there is issue with its sensor and I don't know how to get it repaired so thought I'll buy this time, the last one was a gift.

Can't hold hot water for more than 4-5 hrs.

Cheap and leftover product
The thermostat battey was less than 5% of the charge and life when the product was sold to me.....the store is probably selling the leftover and cheap quality of products on Amazon so that just after the expiry of the return period, customers are left in despair
