Hi, yes they do. They go above the elbow about to the middle of your upper arm or to a t-shirt sleeve length. The don’t end at the elbow.

Do these fit women or will they be too long?

I'm a female with medium short arms and it fits perfect. The fit doesn't feel too long or too short. The material is stretchy, the color is a nice black ( not faded ) and it was a great price. There is no logo or markings which is what I was looking for. PERFECT!
