Amazon Brand - Jam & Honey Kid Chunky Puzzle - Shapes

Quality is very good...good for toddlers. But the oval shape is missing in package.please check it before sending.

I brought this for my 2 year old to explore shapes. The size of the board and shapes are perfect for the tiny hands. The bright coloured shapes makes it attractive. Not many not less it's perfect 8 basic shapes and fits perfectly while making the child to observe and feel the shape while fixing them. You can also do lot of activities with it. It is perfect for their tiny hands to feel the shape. Also add on the backside of the board it has letters with 4 line format for practicing letter formation and line following for kindergarteners. It also came with a marker pen. I won't be using it for now but I am sure whenever I plan to teach my kid writing and we are done with shapes this board will still be useful. My kid is already loving to explore the shapes with this board

Product concept is really good! Good chunky puzzle. But the quality is super poor, defective item received. After doing replacement Amazon never replaced my item in 20days. I called them they initiated process. Poor system. I have to return now and then place order again. They won’t do anything. Please take advice from .com and .ca customer service representative how to handle the customer.
