Just started with the combination and the welcome of a personalised card and herbal tea created a sense of mindfulness of my menopausal journey. I've stopped HRT last Autumn as I was unsure after many years it was doing me any good. I started with marine collagen and recently the hot flushes and sleeplessness sneaked into my life. I've evaluated my health, diet and mental well-being.I'll return to the review in 2 months to see how things are progressing, but feeling positive about my choices.

Good to see a quality product among all the substandard supplements. KSM-66 is vital when using Ashwagandha. Alot do not contain this. Good strength too. Works together with the ginger and black pepper. The super sage is very concentrated showing a quality product. This also works together with the ashwagandha. I have been using this for many symptoms I've been experiencing. The one I have definitely noticed a change in is my attitude. I have been feeling like I have been living as half the person I was a year ago. This appears to have improved since taking this combination. I am more positive and my confidence has returned. The rest I will sweep to the side and get on with it!

I love that these are UK made, and come in pouches to be more eco friendly. If Amazon don’t put in a huge box, these can easily go through the letterbox. Came with a handwritten note and herbal tea bag, nice touch. Been doing a lot of research for natural remedies for peri menopausal symptoms and Ashwagandha pops up a lot. I read that the best is KSM 66 and from the root and high potency. Also look for a good percentage of withanolides. I haven’t read much about sage, but they seem to pair well together so willing to give it a go. Easy to swallow, though quite large. No other vitamins or minerals included so you may wish to carry on with your usual supplements too. No indication of best time of day to take - just with a meal and water - so I’m experimenting with taking them at breakfast. So far no adverse side effects. I’m aware supplements can take some time to get into the system properly so don’t be quick to write them off. The price is good for 2 months and gives the body a chance to assimilate. On the whole, I’m cautiously optimistic it’s a good fit for me.

Pack comes with two supplements, 1 pack of sage daily supplements and 1 pack of Ashwagandha daily supplements. The tablets are a standard size but the Ashwagandha is slightly larger. These were easy to swallow and have no taste.the resealable bag is slightly different and had a strange plastic velcro type pattern, it seems to work well and I found it fascinating haha.Sage is described in the listing to help with menopause but through some research I found its also helpful for digestion and I believe immunity. I've not tried sage as a supplement before so this was really interesting to learn.Ashwagandha on the other hand I feel I have more experience with. I've read it's helpful in relaxing both body and mind. It's meant to help relax the muscles and aid sleep. I have ADHD and relaxing before bed is difficult for me so I like to take Ashwagandha for that. I'm using them as a natural way to improve my sleep hygiene. However, be mindful that the effect on the body will differ from person to person and if in doubt please seek medical advice from your GP.

Upon opening was a handwritten card with a beautiful note and a tea bag and I will be honest it made me tear up when reading, it was so incredibly thoughtful and moving that someone out there acknowledged how it’s not easy to go through this time in life, the products themselves are excellent I highly recommend, I find the ashwagandha brilliant on a night time so you can get a restful night sleep, I would give 10 stars if I could just for being a brilliant seller, keep up the good work, it really does mean a lot x
