Wicked Sharp - though, don't make my mistake
The media could not be loaded. The knife is awesome. It slips through fish like a hot razor through butter. Pay close attention to the fact that it is NOT stainless steel. This is a positive feature of this knife as it has a harder, more durable edge. Just remember, you gotta keep it dry after use (and it is prob not a good idea to slice lemons with it).

Great product
Arrived fast. Knife came sharp out of the box, just need a little touch on the stone and its good to go. Nice product!

one knife
For starters, it has a dragon on it. It came out of the box very sharp. I work in a kitchen, and it is my "go to knife". It has just enough knuckle clearance to chop with. A slicer that dices, how cool is that?(sujihiki means slicer.) This knife will rust, so keep it dry. Misono also has stainless steel knives, if you don't want to deal with the carbon steel. Did I tell you that it has a dragon on it?
