This has been the best investment. We were training her for home parameters and to eliminate her bad habits of causing cars. We live in a farm with working equipment. Within 4-5 months she's no longer chasing cars and trucks anymore.

I only have one problem with these. They seem to be awful large on the dogs neck and I really don’t like that and they’re heavy. I have others made by the same company that I absolutely love but this one I don’t care for as much and neither do my dogs, but they do work well

*UPDATE- This company stands by its products and worked with me to resolve the problem.---I've had this since December. At first I really liked it but soon found thatyou can't put different levels on the vibration and shock. So if you need the vibration level at 10 to get your dog's attention but only want the shock level at 3 this won't work. They will either both be a 10 or a 3. So, I can't vibrate my dog as a warning and then shock her if she needs more in succession.the buttons press too easily leading to accidental shocks and vibrations. It went off on my dog when I put the remote in my jacket pocket, the seat of my car, and on my table.It needs a level lock so the levels can be set for both the vibration and shock. This way the levels don't change by accident and they can be set at different levels... and this should be the case for each individual collar (if you have two dogs).Lastly, after a few months of use, even though fully charged and paired, the collars don't receive the signal sent out by the remote much of the time. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.This collar has potential but falls short big time. I wish I had just spent the money and got one that was higher quality.

Better than advertised. Clearly effective because a few uses and the problem is solved and behavior is corrected. Worth the money.

They did not last, cheep and work for a while will not last and not worth the money I payed for I wish I never purchased this product!!!!Not reliable, not worth the money, and they did not replace them.

Good item just don’t leave on dog for days skin will get irritated

The Shock button sticks?! This makes it literally unusable? The selector switch for this model is INCREDIBLE if you’re training 2 dogs BUT if the shock button sticks they are useless bc there is NOTHING worse than needing a quick correction and having the shock keep shocking. It’s so sad because I wanted to love this so much.
