The screen came to me promptly and i was actually rather surprised that it has built in speakers tucked away in the rear. After turning it on and getting it up and running it displayed at a real 1080p resolution and tie picture is crisp. My only gripe is that my screen after a week or two of use started to get some light seepage at the bottom of the screen, particularly in the bottom right hand side of the screen. That being said, its not noticable for what i am using it for, a mini secondary monitor for streaming, pc hardware monitoring displays, and other side tasks. Its only noticeable under certain darker scenes and its not worth the hassle to return it. Id say if you want to spend 100$ to get a real 1080p screen with built in speakers, an hdmi and a vga display port and you arent concerned about minor manufacturing defects like the light bleeding i encountered on mine then feel free to pick one up. I think it would be well suited to be used as a budget unit for a display in a car's rear seat and i might come back in the future to pick one up for just that if the price remains competitive.

This is actually a very nice screen. It's very clear and crisp, with very good colours.Excuse the images posted, the camera on my phone and the lighting in the room are not ideal and it was more to show the innards rather than the display. Everything appears a bit yellow but that is not the screens fault. I'm using it with my Switch currently.The screen uses a generic RealTek RTD2550 board to drive the LCD and the screen itself is am InnoLux N116HSE-EA1. The spec sheets for both those components can be found on google and the LCD is in fact capable of 1920x1080 resolution.The speakers are decent, but not that great. The problem is the case is very empty so this leads a bit of reverb on higher volumes but they sound good. Some padding around the speakers might improve their sound. There are foam pads on the back of the speakers and I neglected to look under them to check their impedance.The screen also has settings for dynamic contrast, several contrast presets like for movies or games, and as well as temperature settings. The default is set to WARM and gives everything a slightly warm, yellow tinge. I found setting it to USER to give the nicest colours.The holes on the back are threaded VESA mounts and are 75mm x 75mm apart.Another reviewer commented on the ports coming out of the side rather than the back, and this could be fixed with several right angle adapters for the various ports, and even the board could be moved back and holes cut out for the ports relocated. The board has 4 mounting holes but only 2 at the back are used so the board could be re-positioned easily.Overall I'm very impressed with the screen and although the components could be bought and assembled yourself, the cost would be the same or probably higher so it's a great value.

very clear text and graphics -- basically the same as my Acer laptop 11.6 1080p screen -- similar to macbook pro retina in sharpness.Bought this to use with a Macbook pro retina with a damaged screen. Works well with a 3S Lipo battery.It would also be handy for my Raspberry Pi.

i m using it as a second display for my pc , running CAM software on it , next to my 55 " 4k tv while i m gamingpretty happy about ittook off one star cause of one dead pixel but from my couch i don t see it :)

Définition de l'écran est surprenante pour le prix! Le pied fourni vaut pas de la crotte. Il aurait été bien d'ajouter sous l'écran une plaque avec un écrou 1/4" pour installer le moniteur (qui soit dit en passant est extrêment léger) sur un trépied.

A handy monitor, but you have to beware of sharp edges as it's all metal. Would be nice if it were wrapped in a rubber frame. A nice size for those few occasions when you need a monitor for a system that can normally run headless.
