seasoned it by washing it with little dishwashing soap with soft scrub cleaned it with cloth heated it with coconut oil then applied oil all around and kept it for 24 hrs and started using it heats very fast in induction over all good product

Pan was wrapped in a newspaper and then simply a bubble wrap. It seems to be used due to the marks on the inside. TODO: update this review after testing it out.

First 2-3 months, i could use it for frying fish, making fried eggs. But after 6 months of use, i see it wearing out and unable to fry fish anymore. Sticks to the bottom. Needs a lot of maintenance and despite that is not long term usable. So choose wisely. Not rust resistant, as even when you leave the pan after wash to dry, rusting is seen on the edges.

I recently bought this iron pan with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience. After just 2–3 uses, the pan has completely turned different color, which is very unusual for iron cookware. I followed proper care instructions, including seasoning and cleaning, but the white discoloration still appeared. It makes the pan look old and worn out despite being new. Even worse, I noticed that the color from the pan seemed to mix into the food I was preparing. That was really concerning and made me question if the material is even safe for cooking. The food tasted strange and felt off, which completely defeats the purpose of using an iron pan in the first place. Iron pans are supposed to get better with use, not worse. This one clearly lacks the quality you'd expect. Would not recommend unless you're okay with it losing its finish so quickly.

I absolutely love my Zishta Fry Pan! It's the perfect size for cooking small portions, and the flat bottom ensures even heating on both gas and induction stovetops. The quality of the iron is exceptional, and I can tell that it's going to last me for years to come.
