Did not unbox myself, but no reported complaints about the packaging of the chair. No weird smell. Smaller box so I’m sure it was probably vacuum-sealed or something. Perfect size for my 17 month old (approx 26 in /66 cm tall, 24 lbs /11kg). She can sit upright with her feet resting comfortably. It’s light foam so she drags it around wherever she wants. It’s fairly sturdy except she unfortunately doesn’t understand physics so she’s leaned up against the backing when it wasn’t against anything and fell forwards, bumping her head. Oh, the joys of toddler age.Soft, fuzzy pink (owl) material, similar to a lot of baby blankets. Shape holds up well to abuse. Has a zipper around the bottom that cannot be accessed without a pin (I used a pen tip) to zip open. Individual blocks of foam form the chair. Did not try to remove do not sure if they’re easy to replace. I just spot clean the chair for now as it hasn’t gotten soiled.For the $35 I spent, so far it has been a good investment. I see my daughter being able to use it for at least another year or so more. Was told when she walked into the room and saw it, her face lit up, all smiles and was so excited to use it. Can’t beat that, right?!?Only suggestions are if you’re using it with a younger child and you do not have padded carpeting, place it up against something if you’re not sitting next to them or else it’s so light, it won’t be able to handle any weight and it’ll tip over. Not a good thing when you have solid flooring for them to fall face-first on. Also be careful because it’s a perfect height for adventurous toddlers to use it as a means to climb!

We gave this to my granddaughter at about 18 mos and she didn't really know how to sit in a chair yet, so she kept rolling out of it. However, within a couple months, it has become her favorite chair and she loves the animal face.I thought perhaps the face would have been a little uncomfortable, but it mashes down with almost no pressure and is not a problem. So far and now into it for about the last 8 months, it has been remarkably easy to clean everything from dribbled bottle to chocolate chip cookies off it. It's light and easy for a small child to scoot and carry around, but sturdy enough that it doesn't collapse.Usually I'm not impressed by kids toys, but this is the exception. There are a few others by the same maker too and we got another one for my grandson, about the same age. He took to it a little faster, but he was also a couple of months older.

Super cute and soft. Kinda smelled funny coming out of the package, but the cover zips off so you can wash it. I just sprayed it with Febreeze. It’s sturdy enough for your toddler with normal use, but I don’t think it would last if bigger kids were using it or playing with it.The back foam is not actually connected to the arms, so if your kid folds it forward or backward a lot, it might get really loose. For what it is, this is a great little chair that my toddler loves! She was about 14 months in the picture, is 16 months now, and still uses it daily with room to grow!

Our one year old sweet granddaughter LOVES this cute little chair! She loves to sit in it and watch her cartoons and looks so sweet sitting in it. Your child or grandchild will love this. It is well made and seems to be comfy and perfect for 1-5 year olds.

The chair is SUPER lightweight as it is a foam chair. You need to have it sit against a sturdy surface so that the child does not fall backwards if they push back. The cover is soft and looks very cute. The only criticism is that the nose protrudes out of the face and did not let my daughter's back sit flush against the back of the chair. I had to remove the stuffing form the nose to make it more comfortable. I can only imagine that for the characters with bigger noses such as the fox, dog, or unicorn this can be obtrusive.I also purchased this on sale for $36 but I would not spend more than that for this chair.

This little chair is so cute and soft! I was also surprised at how sturdy yet lightweight it was at the same time! I got this for my daughter who just turned a year old and she absolutely loves it! She also spilled chocolate milk on the seat the day after it arrived and i was able to wipe it with a wet washcloth and it came off! Love that I can also wash it in the washing machine.....very happy with this purchase...would definitely recommend!

My little niece loves this and I got it for her since we realized she would want to sit in her own place instead of sitting with someone or on their lap, and she enjoys it a lot, especially the softness of it (she likes to sit down in it, take a bite of food, and then stand up and do a dance before sitting back down for another bite- adorable!)Only issue is the support on the back isn't as sturdy as the general cushioning of the chair, but slouching (back) is a bad habit so in a way it helps combat that posture issue lolAnother great little thing is it's so lightweight despite general sturdiness that she could just easily (and safely) pick up her chair and move it wherever she pleases

My 1 year old loves this chair! She will sit in it and play with it while watching her shows. Such a cute playroom addition for your toddler. Quality is great and it’s super soft.
