I use a small light clipped to my hat in order to make myself visible when taking my nightly walk. My older Olight didn't have the option to charge the battery without taking the battery out so I bought this one to try. I really like this one and the MicroUSB port fully charges the battery to 4.2V. I can use it for at least 1:15 min at the high mode for the walk and the battery still has around 3.5V when I get home. I'll use this one for my walk from now on since charging through MicroUSB is more convenient. The clip that comes with the night is not Truly reversible to provide a more secure attachment. Brim of my hat is regular thickness and the included clip goes on the brim partially just enough to keep it on but easily moves with stronger wind. If they improve the clip and makes it able to accommodate even the basic thickness of usual baseball cap then it would be ideal.The medium setting is a little too dark for my liking at night but luckily the battery lasts longer than time it takes me to complete the walk using the high setting.

i use this to let the dog out and to view labels at work. i have charged it upon receipt, 2 plus weeks later it still has a half chargeupdate june 10,21. light has survived drops on concrete, me being repeatedly soaked while carrying the light, both sweat and nasty water. placed light in wet drain repeatedly so i could see to remove a small fatberg, no ill effects on the light at all.light is a great value.

This is a great compact light. The dual function clip is great for hanging on pocket or on the brim of a hat. The on/off button is quite functional. The charge port is a bit cumbersome because it is at the head of the flashlight. It could be more user friendly if it could be mounted in the tail end of the body. The body has good balance and feels comfortable in the hand. However, if you have large hands, this light may feel too small for you. The body has reliefs that feel comfortable but may be better is a center of the body of the light could have a rubber sleeve to cover the reliefs. Overall, this a great compact, bright flashlight for the money.

This little light is small enough to fit in your pocket, or small purse and bright enough to light up a small area. Especially nice when you can’t turn on a light, but need to read something or light your path. I also like I don’t have to keep buying batteries just charge with a cable, provided, to a USB port on the flashlight. You can also adjust the brightness. The battery life depends on what mode you use and length of time. I tend to use on brightest mode. It has a clip, so if you don’t have a pocket you can clip onto your clothing. Also provided is extra covers for USB port and charger port.

I really like this flashlight. I bought one and my wife ended up keeping it for her purse soon had to buy another for my EDC. The brightest setting is very bright and does what I need it to do. The size is great. If you wear jeans it fits perfectly in the small coin pocket and stay in place with the small clip. Very awesome light. May end up picking up a spare. Also used it under the sink because the right space made it tough to maneuver. The magnetic end was also very helpful. If you end up getting one, you won’t be disappointed.
