Best Med Digital Thermometer

Works great, bought a second one for my Mom. Easy to use and reliable, very happy with this thermometer.

Didn’t buy on Amazon, but this is where I go for true reviews. Felt it is in the best interest to warn consumers about this crappy product. Bought at my local drugstore. Lost it (I misplace things and then forget where, like reading glasses). Bought a new Vick’s brand one, and then found it again. This brand consistently shows different temps even within seconds of using it. All are lower enough to cause alarm, than the consistent reading of the Vick’s thermometer. Vick’s - same every time at 98.0 (my normal is 97.6). This one? Ranged from 97.0 to 97.6 with repeated checks, and equal times checking on each. Tossed it.

According to my Best Med brand thermometer my wife and I have never actually reached normal body temperature.

Inconsistent readings and cannot calibrate to professional thermometer. Especially now in the age of Covid-19, an accurate temperature reading is crucial.Save your money don't buy this piece of junk.

Stopped recording so I bought a replacement battery. Still not working. Probably did not need a new battery. Junk. Stick with a standard thermometer not digital.
