Very tart and refreshing I used to make lime truffles, I had to add food color because it dissolved white. And i wanted a hint of green. The tartness worked well since i dipped them in dark chocolate. Over all very pleased with flavor.

Love the taste and potency the lime powder. I make pico de gallo frequently. But usually only have fresh limes on hand when I think about it. The other items are usually staples in my pantry. The only reason it is not a 5 star is it came clumppy, before I opened it. It dissolved easily if I didn't use the clumps. I'm going to try a spice grinder. Gave it a nice strong crisp taste. It didn't take much. Disappointed, but would buy again. I haven't tried the lemon yet. The lemon came clump free.

I love the strong taste of lime. I only needed to use a small amount for what I used it for. Great for making limeade. Great value for the price. Very easy to dissolve.

This lime flavor had a really big taste. It has a very strong, very potent taste. And I didn't consider that in the beginning when I first used it. I used a tad bit too much and it had me feeling a little woozy. So, yes, a little does go a long way, which is excellent and the taste is great. I want to buy this again, but I saw some reviews on the lemon powder that had me a little apprehensive. A couple of customers were saying that they received their package and it had moisture in it and they couldn't send it back. That's definitely a little iffy for me. I think that if we make a purchase and we receive something defective, of course, we don't want to send food products back, but I think that we still should be reimbursed if we cannot use the product. And if the seller is not willing to do that, that becomes a problem. I'm glad that people are being honest with their reviews and letting us know that as well. I think I'll buy one more time and I'll see how it goes. One customer said that she bought it 3 times And the third time was not a charm....she said she had to throw it away. Another customer said she used it anyway, with the moisture in it and got very sick.

So I tasted it and my face literally looked like a lemon however it is absolutely fabulous. This is not a good picture however this is the big jug I add my lemon powder too it is the most raw flavorful delectable lemon scent and lemon flavor on Earth. I mean, I used to use the bottle lemon to my water it was always cloudy. What this does is makes your water crystal clear but the lemon scent and flavor is out of this world. I have lemon bottles left in my refrigerator I most likely will use them for window cleaning with vinegar and all sorts of stuff but what is going in my body? Is this product. No more cloudy water no more feeling a bit sick after drinking hundreds of bottles of that interesting stuff which has residue floating everywhere I'm guessing that's part of lemon but because it's so chancy cheap and a lot of it I believe it's made quick and not made properly blah blah blah blah I could go on however I'm giving this a star five if I could give it a 10 I would. Thank you all please order this if you love lemon water I don't add sugar but I just love lemon flavor so order order you will not be disappointed. By the way, be careful warning warning do not put too much in I tap a little in Stir It Up taste it if it needs more I shake just a little bit more. Really don’t care for the flavor, the peel and white of the lemon takes over the lemon flavor. I should had read the descriptions better. I did not realize it was a whole lemon that had been freeze dried and ground up.
