This is my initial impressions regarding this remote.First I have a Smart LG that doesn't use the "Magic Remote" but that crappy, small button one from the factory. I hated that thing. Instantly went looking for a replacement first day of owning the TV.So I started searching and found out this model would work. Then I started noticing the price differences. Some were $19 & up for the same exact thing. Decided to take the gamble even with this one despite some odd reviews.Anyways. I don't know if these reviews were for an older version but I can say this thing is 100%Everything works. The main functions are there. No problem with signals to TV. The battery cover is very secure & I see no problem with it.I will say what you see is what you get. The remote. No box. No instructions. No batteries. Nothing.If you need those things in life, well, I dunno :) These are the people complaining it has no voice or pointer when it clearly states that.Anyways. So far I'm clearly happy. Should it not last I will come back & add-on.

Easy to set up. It worked immediately. However, we quickly realized that the left arrow on the dial pad made it extremely difficult to choose anything to the left. Try selecting letters for a search without a desensitized button and you will surely become very frustrated. We have been working through it, fighting the urge to throw the remote in the trash, but now the scroll wheel depressed inside and won't come out. We cannont scroll with it and cannot press it (it's used at the "ok" or "enter" button).Thankfully, this remote was inexpensive. I'd say that you should go ahead and give it a whirl for under $15. You might be able to use it for longer than we did.

Works great for a quick replacement. The center bottom that rolls, I can’t get to work but other than that it gets the job done!

Perfect for my LG tv

This is fine. Works as expected. But just like the actual original LG remote we got with the tv, the back will not stay on as soon as you drop it. Normal wear and tear includes occasionally dropping the remote. The backs never last. We’ve purchased 2 of these replacements over time for our original LG remote and had same experience with both

This is one of the few sellers on Amazon that are telling you the truth about it not having cursor or voice abilities. If you have a MR22 remote and you hate the blacked out volume and channel buttons plus the awkward placement of the guide button then this is the remote for you. Clear markings for VOL and CHAN plus the perfect GUIDE button next to the arrow and ok buttons make this a clear winner for replacing my current LG C2 OLED tv remote. I really don't miss the wand cursor and I never really used the voice command. NO box or instructions but you really don't need them. You will have to provide your own batteries. Just pop in batteries and go. Super great price.

I have a LG 75” tv and needed a replacement tv remote. I ordered this remote and it doesn’t even work. I’d save your $ and purchase an original tv remote that is made for the tv you purchased.
