Q: Do these use cp250 canisters?

I’d love to be able to tell you, but mine fell to bits while trying to fit the canister, very flimsy and cheap. I actually put mine straight in the bin in the Layby. Pay a little more and get a lot more.

I can boil a litre kettle of water in less than two minutes, and that's on half gas. Any higher and the flame just shoots up the side as wasted heat. I think for a thin wall wok you should have no problems at all.

Q: Does this fit one of those Korean bbq top pan, or is the gas cannister holder in the way?

I can give a 100% honest answer having used it for the first time yesterday (Sat 14/01/23) fitted the canister, pulled down the little handle to lock it in place and ignite it. And it snapped off, having looked at the mechanism, I can only say it is the cheapest flimsy one I’ve ever had the displeasure of purchasing. My advice DONT BUY this make. Pay a few pounds more and get a better made one. I was that disgusted having purchased a few burgers for our bike ride, and wasted money, I slung it in a bin.
