had 2, both flooded after a week, luckily saved the camera
OK, I thought the Fatasea guarantee of replacement if it flooded looked better than paying twice the amount for an ikelite housing.My 1st housing flooded after a week of diving and I sent it to germany ply to be told I had used an incorrect tripod mount (I hadn't used it at al!) and they refused to replace it.I thought maybe it may have been a bit of rough handling so bought a new one only for this to flood within a week again.I had been discussing the weekneses with a friend and after 1st dive noticed hairline cracks all around the lens port and sides.my friend also went through 2 with similar resultsoverall communications with Fantasea were appalling and I am still put off from using them again, Im just upgrading from an ikelite housing which clocked up over 600 dives and 3 years of travelling which I could recommend

I should have done my research more thoroughly but in fact the Nikon Coolpix P5000 is not sold in the UK. So it's a lovely housing but totally pointless unless you're happy to have a camera that you can't buy in the UK
