This is a great product with quality ingredients. I was especially happy to actually see a magnesium product that has Magtein in it!

First, do not take any other Magnesium, with this one too. Take this just before going to Sleep, and nothing else, until you wake up, at which time you can add whatever other Magnesium you think your Body needs. Magnesium is involved in at least 300+ other Bodily Functions, but only 1% is in your Blood, so you cannot directly measure how much you have. Taking too much Magnesium causes Digestion Distress, so avoid doing that. And not enough can cause whatever Bodily Function is not getting enough, to suffer. This product does not make you go to sleep sooner than you would have without taking it, and it does not make you wake up sooner than without it. What it does do is lengthen your REM Sleep Time, so when you do wake up, you will feel Really Refreshed, with a Fully Functioning Brain. If you had not been getting enough REM Sleep Time, you will notice to difference as Very Dramatic, and will Last throughout the rest of the day.
