I can't stress this enough!I have tried many prenatal supplements and the problems have been nonstop. My main concerns were managing nausea and constipation.Not only were the other brands not efficient for all my needs but they completely altered my mood and sleeping habits and even gave me acid Reflux!This is the only perfectly balanced supplement I found. It has the perfect amount of elements such as folate, DHA and probiotics just to name a few.Save yourself the time, money, and frustration of testing all the different products out there and just get Wonder Mom! My wife has been taking pre and postnatal vitamins for a few years due to being pregnant and through the postpartum/breastfeeding stage. She has researched a lot of brands and usually takes one that has 8 capsules/a day in order to get sufficient levels of nutrients/vitamins for mom and baby.Pros: This brand has organic and high quality ingredients with chelated forms of hard to absorb vitamins.This brand uses folate (as methylfolate) instead of folic acid, which is much better for absorptionPretty reasonable price for the cost/quality of ingredientsCons: Some of the vitamins/minerals you might need more supplementation with because these don't offer enough to cover the body's needs. (magnesium and vitamin C would be an example)Overall this is a better place to start with pre/postnatal vitamins compared to many brands out there, especially if you can't afford some of the more expensive brands that have heftier doses of vitamins/minerals

I found You're Natural prenatal after many hours of research and I noticed that they have the cleanest and most complete formula out there. I wasn’t just going to take anything that would affect me and my baby during pregnancy. I am on my second bottle and just love them. They give me a lot of energy and there is no weird after taste. Best of all they are easy to swallow.Highly recommended🌱🤗

It's a great prenatal vitamin with just right amount of Folate, DHA, Vitamin D3 and Iodine which are extremely important and needed during pregnancy.

These are easy to swallow. They have no taste. It might turn your urine yellow. I don't take the amount recommended, I am already taking another multi, just wanted some extra nutrients. I am able to take recommended dosage after what I am taking runs out. I did notice my abdomen area was more sensitive after taking these for a week. So for me I can only imagine how I will feel when taking the proper amount.I don't know if I would like to keep buying something just to have to take more than one pill. I already take other supplements. I really want something that is one pill a day.

Prior to trying Wonder Mom, I’ve tried prenatal vitamins from Garden of Life and Pink Stork—which I liked for different reasons. (You can get both of them here on Amazon.) This formulation is generally solid and includes iron and DHA. It contains a little Choline and magnesium; I’d prefer more of each. I don’t know what it means that the Zinc and Manganese it contains are “ALBION” branded, but I found that a little strange.I like that it’s a US brand and overall think it’s a fine product but not my favorite that I’ve tried.
