The Matt could definitely be better as it’s very thin and doesn’t fully cover the bottom there’s small gaps but other than that super cute!!

Despite a very adorable appearance, there are some safety hazards, along with faulty sewing that make this a product one I would definitely not recommend. Tent is NOT canvas - it is a lightweight polyester, very thin and not durable. Straight out of the package, one of curtains was coming apart (due to poor sewing connection). Additionally top stitching goes off many areas on the windows which will cause raveling. The BIGGEST hazard is the metal pieces used along the front - they come apart easy, and although these pieces are "flat" - they are definitely not covered and are exposed for curious children's minds and busy hands. The fabric piece that runs the front is actually a single strip of fabric - so there is no attachment to the front flat pieces which are a choking and tripping hazard. The Mat only has four ties which are at the corners so they do not fully cover anything on the bottom. If this were a canvas material I would probably take the time to repair the faulty sewing myself, and make improvements for the front bottom piece so there were no safety concerns...but considering the price and time to do this - I've decided this will be going back and I will be on the look for a much more durable and better made tent.

This is so much bigger and spacious than I thought it'd be! It's great for my 7yo, she's thrilled with it. Only tiny complaint is I wish it came with the ties to tie together the flaps but otherwise it's more than I could've asked for.
