Not greasy or shiny! So far so good!
So... I bought this item to help remove the dark spots off my forehead. I just started using it so I can't really rate it since I've only had it for a week or so. What I CAN tell you is that it does apply nicely, and it's not greasy or shiny. It goes on really smooth and is absorbes into the skin nicely. I'm hoping for the best. Hopefully it will fade my dark spots away.
