Had some issues with the bluetooth mode - wasn't aware that it had switched from RFID/Wireless mode and when connecting to PC directly through bluetooth instead of dongle provided and the call audio quality was severely diminished.No manual came with the product so I had to look it up myself.Other than this hiccup though the headset has served me well and I would recommend it.

A very good Bluetooth headset, long battery life that i have to charge every 2 days which is nice. Sounds really good and feels comfortable, my only downsides are that the mic isnt the best and out of no where there was a crack on the connecting piece for the ear piece and head band otherwise i love this headset, id recommend if you want a bluetooth headset and dont want to spend too much.

I've purchased 3 of these headsets over the last 2 years as I really liked the feel, sound quality was good and nice battery life.. but the microphone is terrible. After 2 months, all headsets began crackling, the Bluetooth would struggle to connect and the microphone would make the noise as if you are turning it on and off, repeatedly. The cabling inside the headset is far too short resulting in the cable being pulled and stretched when adjusting the microphone, this is what caused my mic to die on all 3 headsets. My current headset I bought in March and began having microphone issues in June. Waste of money, and if you wanted to use your warranty? Have fun waiting a month minimum before a replacement is sent. That's if they don't blame you for their bad design and accuse you of damaging it.

bought it for the price after my void pro finally dies and the grand old age of 8. as this was a later model I thought it would be on par, but I was wrong. Not very comfy, when I say minimum ICUE compatibility I mean you can pair it with the and download the drivers nothing more, no equalizer is available so sounds very tinny, surround sound was basic and very bizarre. Then after 3 hours it lost connection to the dongle and I could not get it back. So returned it within 24hours of delivery. Pay the extra and get a better model.

Tough to review because the sound quality is great and the distance it can reach the receiver was truly remarkable - even through walls.The downside is, the microphone sounds pretty awful and this model isn’t compatible with iCue. There are no real indicator lights, but there are three or four EQ settings you have to fumble around blindly trying to figure out.It feels 60% of the way to a decent product but the plastics feel very light and cheap and not as if it’s been made to last.Would probably my suit some people but not others. If you’re a bit of a fussier person I’d keep looking but if you’re ok with the price and can live with the cheap feel then maybe you’ll be fine with it. I wasn’t and returned mine as the quality felt really sub par imho.

Incredible headset, first ever wireless headset that I've ever bought and let me tell you it's incredible. Both for work and for gaming. Works a treat, and depending how you look at it for that price. I'd buy multiple for the whole family!

I purchased this item for my son after his old headset finally broke, he said that he likes this headset and that it sounds great. So for the price i don`t think anyone could go wrong with this headset.
