Really convenient for strength training
Great set of rings and really convenient - travelling with the one you want to use is easy, much easier than anything with metal in and there's nothing to pinch your hand in use.However they are circular (yes the picture shows this) so the little finger and thumb don't get much exercise.

Improves grip strength
I needed something to improve my grip strength after a couple of hand operations. These rings work quite well, albeit, for the time being, I'm mostly using the 30 lbs ring as healing is a slow process, but I'm seeing improvements over time.I can't not find anything wrong with these. They are quite robust and I reckon that they will last a while.

Unfortunately these grip strengtheners are very small for the sportive grip of athletic men and women. I had to return the order, refynd process was smooth
