Love this collection
I pretty much have about 20 of these books. All different topics what I love about them is they’re so informative. No question goes unanswered. They’re each like individual googles to the subject.

I'll Never Run Out of Meditations
I won't have to worry about getting bored with doing the same meditations over and over or having to buy a new CD or anything. The Walking Meditations are my favorite as I can walk my dogs and get my meditation to calm my anxiety at the same time! Dogs get their calm from the walk and sniffing all the interesting "pee-mail" and I get my calm from the meditations! Not into "pee-mail" personally! LOL Great book!

A good reference source for anyone interested in learning about the many meditation techniques.
I have been into the arts of Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, Reiki, hypnosis, self-hypnosis and meditation for more than sixty years. When I saw this fantastic 400 page soft cover book (The Meditation Bible: the definitive guide to meditations for every purpose by Madonna Gauding) on Amazon for a bargain price I immediately purchased it.I am familiar with numerous meditation methods but this interesting and very informative book has many meditation techniques that I had never used in the past. This book is organized into two parts. Part one (Before you begin) covers what is meditation, why meditate, preparation, what you will need, consistency, sacred space and meditation postures. The second section (The meditation director) explains the many meditation techniques. It begins with how to use the directory, calming and centering, living mindfully, healing body, mind and spirit, get moving, love and compassion, problem-solving, manifesting your dreams, connecting with the divine and a glossary and index section. If you are into meditation of any kind, this book is for you. It presents numerous meditation techniques and explores in detail how to apply each method. My only complaint and this is why I gave four stars rather than five, is the font type is so small that it is a strain on the eyes even wearing glasses.Rating: 4 Stars. Joseph J. Truncale (Chair/Seated Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga stretching for seniors and the physically challenged).

This is an absolute MUST!! Amazing!!
THIS BOOK IS THE SH*T! I ordered it November of 2015 but didn't read it until recently. THIS BOOK HAS SO MANY DIFFERENT FORMS OF MEDITATION. It appeals to MANY spiritual and religious paths. Buddha connection meditation, Jesus meditation, divine feminine meditation, and meditations for almost any situation. This is a MUST for spiritual practitioners mastered and novice. This book is absolutely amazing.

Wonderful book
This is wonderful book. All kind of meditation information. I love Sterling series books. I also have The Angel Bible: The Definitive Guide to Angel Wisdom, The Astrology Bible: The Definitive Guide to the Zodiac, and The Signs and Symbols Bible: The Definitive Guide to Mysterious Markings, those are really nice too.

Beautiful Book
I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to expand or even start their meditation journey. It gives you so many ideas on what to meditate on for each situation you could face. Everything from very specific to general. Also, this book came a lot quicker than the estimated delivery date which is A++

lots of filler, some good content
The Meditation Bible by Madonna Gauding is a compact book aimed at beginners to meditation. I agree with some of the tips at the beginning of the book, but others seemed grounded in materialism such as buying special pillows or beads to assist with meditation. One only needs a quiet space and some time in order to meditate. A great deal of the book could be described as filler: Text boxes with summaries of what each meditation will benefit, generic introductions to meditations that don’t serve much purpose, repeated instructions on each meditation to get into position, and stock photos for each meditation. The book could easily have been edited down to half its size. Despite those issues, there are some great meditation ideas in here: I plan to edit and redesign quite a few of them for using with a group I lead.
