GUARDNER Lumbar Support Back Brace (Official) - Enhances Comfort, Breathable Design, Lower Back Belt, Posture and Spine Support (M size, 29-33 in)

I deal with disc problems in my lower back and have tried various back braces. I saw this style recommended on youtube and gave it a try despite the price. For me, I've found the high price to be worth it for the quality and for the design. It's breathable and lightweight and the method of tightening with string enables this brace to get incredibly snug. Like, *very* tight. You can perfectly dial in the amount of support you need with the little velcro string toggles. I use this when my lower back flares up, or as a preventative when I have to lift anything heavy or when I'm on solo-parenting duty picking a toddler up and putting them down all day. It's also great that it is low-profile and can fit pretty discretely under top layers of clothing like a sweater or coat. I've worn it out to a museum and the playground carrying the kid around all day. It's my go-to back-care tool.

Just wore it today. As a driver for a Nuclear Pharmacy and delivering heavy lead lined cases that weight 50 to 70 lbs. This helps securing my posture and core to aid in lifting and lowering these heavy cases to their destination. Helps relieve back pain too!

The support is good for a low cost brace, but the fabric material irritates the skin. Would recommend a softer fabric if you want direct skin contact.

It is a bit of an investment but I decided to take a chance on this one after seeing it on TikTok. There are no exaggerated sounds like they had on the TikTok videos but man this thing helped me a ton. I’ve been down and out in bed for days because my lower back was so bad. Once I started wearing this thing it really helped my back start to feel better. Be careful what clothing you wear with it because the Velcro might snag on certain fabrics. After some trial and error I’ve found it’s best to wear this under all of my layers or just over a simple camisole or tshirt. Super happy with this brace and if you have lower back pain, definitely try it!

I have a protruding disc. This brace is amazing. Had an issue with it a the replacement is already on the way. If you have back pain 100% recommend this brace. I literally have to have surgery to remove part of my disc from my nerves root. This brace makes it to were I can go to work if that tells you anything! Very durable. I work in manufacturing everyday with it.

Quality is great, runs a little on the small side. I had to go up 2 sizes for my husband.

Well designed, form fitting. The only problem is too many exposed strings, a nightmarish tangling storage problem taking it with you.....

Perfect for me as I have disks issue, but u can’t sit and stand normally with them on. But for using it if u have to relieve the tension in the back from sitting down alot

腰の負担を減らすために購入しました。デスクワークが多く、腰がかなりつらい日があるのでサポーターを試してみようと思ったのがきっかけです。正直そこまで期待していなかったのですが、初めて装着したときはかなり驚きました。締めると腰がしっかり固定される感じがあり、立ったり歩いたりするのがかなり楽になります。特に腰が痛い時でも、このベルトを付けると普通に歩けるくらいにはサポートしてくれる感覚がありました。滑車式で締め具合を簡単に調整できるのも使いやすいポイントです。 【良かった点】 ・腰がしっかり固定されてかなり楽になる ・滑車式で締め具合を簡単に調整できる ・腰が痛い時でも動きやすくなる ・装着がそこまで難しくない 【悪かった点】 ・長時間付けるとずっとつけてよいかちょっと不安になる 腰がつらい人にはかなり頼りになるサポーターだと思います。特に初めて使った時の「腰が支えられている感じ」はなかなか感動的でした。腰痛対策として持っておくと安心できるアイテムだと思います。

紐を引けばしっかり締め付けることができ腰が安定するのでギックリ腰の時も安心して動くことができました。 締め付けるのが強かったからかメッシュの部分が脇腹からお腹周りにかけて食い込み、座ったり立ったりを繰り返すと当たっているところがみみず腫れの様になり痛かったです。 締め付け具合を調整するか、立っているときだけ使用してみます。

今まで何種類かコルセットを使ってきたけど、どれも締め付けているだけっていうことと、ただ締め付けられて苦しいという感想でした。 ガードナーベルトはよくあるコルセットの倍程するので買うのに凄く迷ったんですが、初めて使用した瞬間に感動しました。 まず今までのコルセットと違って、締め付けるのに力が全くいらないことと、今まで以上に締め付けることができたこと。 そしてしっかりと締め付けているのに全然苦しくないので驚きました。 それと腰のところが生地ではなく、プラスチック？なので腰がしっかりと支えられていて凄く楽です。 あと、1日つけていても全然不快にならないし、着けていると自然と姿勢も伸びるのでこれから毎日仕事中は使い続けようと思います。
