This is only a dust collector and is not using the vacuum to suck the dust, but only to get itself stuck to the surface you want to drill in. The dust gets collected as long as the tool is in a vertical position and does a good job. I tried to use it for a ceiling hole, but only collected small part of the debris.However, does it's job. Only the description should be clearer.

The Drill Dust Collector Tool is fine.Used it for some light drilling jobs.Haven't use the Laser Level Picture Hanging feature yet.Hope they'd seal-wrapped their product. The box was loosed and without the two (2) button batteries for the laser level.Thanks.

This drill tool is slick as heck. I am a big fan of it. I recently remodeled some rooms in my house and I have pics to hang and some trim to put back into place. this tool is helping me immensely. I am an average DIY guy not a pro. Love it.

Cheaply made.Must continue to run microcompressor to maintain suction.Laser level battery compartment keeps coming off.

This isn’t the one shown on TV. Much lower quality. Too hard to return and would have to pay for return shipping. I will have to keep it.
