Great product. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It does come with two recipes and I tried one. It didn't work. My second attempt was my tried and true soft sandwich bread recipe and it worked perfectly. The key is to use a high rise dough.This product solves a huge problem for me. My wife doesn't like gluten so I'm the only bun eater. This way I can make small batches of fresh buns.One tip: you can make a nice hamburg bun by cutting the bun half way in length.

These are a really nice sub roll size. I purchased to have another shape to make my bread dough and it's easy to clean in the dishwasher.  Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. The mold is great, but the buns are too short if you want to make hot dogs, like I did. I can still use it and it works fine, just beware of the shortcomings, pun intended! 😂

This makes perfect buns for hot dogs or brats. The silicone is a heavier version so doesn’t “flop” when pulling in or out of oven. At first I thought the buns were smaller than pre-packaged, but they are perfect size. Would highly recommend!

I make all gf and this has made making gf gluten free buns super easy. Fill it about 2/3 full and let it set for about 10 minutes then into the oven. They are just the right shape! It's a challenge to clean - it looks clean until it dries ... then it gets washed a second time. Well worth it for the shape and the fact that the form leaves no weird taste (others have). Think I'm going to by the 6" ones too!

Maybe they have small weiners in Germany where this thing is made, because this pan makes very small buns. An American dog will stick out both ends. Maybe this is good if you are trying to cut back on carbs. The recipe book included has a recipe that makes buns that taste almost exactly like store bought. All in all not a bad purchase.

This pan makes perfect size hot dog rolls, since we make smaller (5+ inch) hot dogs. If you cook long dogs, this pan is not for you. I also make our own plant based sausages for sandwiches which these buns hold perfectly too.It also fits perfectly in our small cheap toaster oven, so I can bake 6 buns without heating up the big oven.The pan is floppy a bit, like all silicon pans, but the edge all around is wide enough that even with mitts on, (it doesn't get too hot, but the oven does), I can put the pan in and take out of the small oven with ease- no pan underneath needed- it goes right on the oven rack.Lastly, it makes perfect little buns! It's the perfect width, depth and length for us, and deep enough to give real form to the buns as they rise. The rolls don't stick at all and It washes up FAST and easy.See.... perfect in so many ways!

Works especially well for PSMF (protein sparing modified fast) Keto/Carnivore breads and buns. Only con is the price point unfortunately. I would like to get the hamburger bun tray as well, but it is out of my budget at this time. However, if you have the money to spend, go for it. It will last a long time.

The tray works well. The recipe that came with it was absolute rubbish. Will use my own recipe in future.
