I usually use this camera on my drone. This camera worked great the first month I had it, but over time, some glitches developed. The camera usually won't turn on, it will just get stuck on the opening screen. When the camera does turn on, it records in around 480-720p instead of the 2.7k that I usually have it set to. The 4k 30fps is a sham, it's very interpolated and laggy. The camera is not native 4k. The 2.7k usually looks great, but it's over sharpened and the colors are magnified too much. It's funny how these problems seem to be happening after the return window closed...If you are thinking about getting this camera, just know that it won't last long, and it's 1080p at best (When in 2.7k mode).

Camera is very good especially considering the price . It stated I would get two batteries but I only received one.

Only came with one battery. Was supposed to be 2 batteries. I wouldn't have bought if it were just one. Apparently this happens a lot with this brand.

I like the video quality, the amount of accessories that come with the camera is good, battery life could be better.

My wife has prime and she actually ordered it for me. It was on sale for 37.50 and I had a $25 dollar gift card. So it was free shipping and ended up around $13. I am using it solely as a dash cam and because all of the mounting attachments mount on the protective, underwater case, I had to cut out a piece of the housing in order to plug the USB cord into the car USB outlet. That opening also allows me to remove the mini card for viewing on my computer. (see photo) This little camera is fantastic! As long as the car is running it continues to record in 5 minute sections. I use it in 4K and the picture is very good-even in night driving. I"m going to use the slow motion on the mountain bike too. Because of my little operation on the case, it's no longer waterproof, but I could care less. I'm not sure what extra stuff you would get with a $499 hero but this little action cam is good for a lot less. I left off one star due to a lack of directions, although it was pretty easy to figure out from similar cams on you tube.

This camera is the fantastic alternative to a GoPro and works just as well. The awesome thing about this product is that it comes with all the attachments so you don't have to buy them separately!
