Excellent Read
This was the fourth and last novel in A Charmed Amish Life series. This series takes place in the small town of Charm, Ohio, which caught my attention because I have visited. There were many life problems addressed in this series. The way the author introduces and lets the characters try to solve, touches the heart and the mind. Recommend highly.

Joyful Christmas
I had the pleasure of spending a Girlfriends Getaway in Charm Ohio with several Amish Authors last year, one of the them, Shelley Shepard Gray. I have read many of her books and really enjoyed them all, so I jumped right in on The Charmed Amish Life Series. One word describes them perfectly "Charming" they are well written with great character development. in the Christmas story #4 you follow the story of Levi Kinsinger. Levi is struggling with the loss of parents and finding his place in the family. Then he meets Julia and her young daughter Penny and this story becomes a story of Love, Faith, Trust, and Caring. Julia is a young single mom who has plenty of worries and secrets and a past with an abusive fiancé. Can she learn to trust? I was completely enchanted with this entire series, however I do think this is a wonderful stand alone Christmas story. Happy Reading and Thank you SSG!

A nice Christmas story
Julie and her daughter Penny moved to Charm, Ohio.Penny thinks her father is dead. Truth is Julie was an unmarried madel who ran away from Penny’s real dad because he was abusive and struck her before she told him about Penny. Julie moved to a new city to keep her and Penny safe. One cold night Julie locks herself and Penny out of her house. She meets Levi Kinsinger. Will Julie continue her lie or will she finally be able to open up to Levi. Good book, great character development.

Excellent conclusion to the series
A great time of year to end the book and remember the meaning of Christmas but it left me looking for the next book in the series, which there isn’t! 😢

Loved this story and family
I was in the mood to read a true love story and I found one here. Some stories overdo the plot line, but to me this one read as it should. God's love and forgiveness abound and the good guys win.
