This plain works. I've used the highest rated one here for years and it got cheapened up big time till it hardly works. Switched to this and have not looked back. This is 750 mg which is larger dose than the other. Also smaller capsule and has vitamin c, calcium and the mag. So what filler are they using in the other one. I will use these thanks. I did get a upset stomach as others have said "initially". Here's what I did. 5 caps first day, 5 second, 4 third and fourth day, 4 to 15 days 2 at one time, then one in morning and one in evening. Make sure "before" you eat and glass of water. You have to take 15 minutes at least befor you eat. It works best to even have a empty stomach for a hour or more even. Every once in a while might have to do 4 at one time then go back to 1 morning and nite. The upset stomach gets less and less till no more. Do not let the reviews stop you on that. I have been on 1 in morning and nite for ever. Works fantastic. Just ordered 3 more bottles so that should tell you how I feel. Hope this helps. Update: I have been down to one at nite and morning. Every once in a while I will take 3 in morning to clean out on week end. It really helps to wash them down with prune juice on EMPTY STOMACH for 15 minutes to 1/2 hour before in morning. I do at nite too. It really helps pills work a lot.

Was skeptical when I purchased. I have spent a small fortune on products that don't work, or they work for a while and then they just give me cramps. So far this product is very good at giving me the desired results. I will definitely purchase again.

This product is very good. Very gentle. Start with 2 and if that doesn't work, increase the amount every day. I got to 5 pills before things happened but after that was able to reduce down to one pill/day. The seller used to ship free under Amazon prime but now charges too much for shipping even if you have Amazon Prime. Found another site that offers free shipping for the same price.

Decent but not as effective as the other brand I was using. My preferred brand has been out of stock for a while, hoping they don't discontinue it.

We have never done any type of cleanse and this product has worked wonders! For my boyfriend, it took a day or so to kick in. For me, way less than that! You take it at night so by morning you can "take care" of things generally before leaving for work which is why I've waited so long to try cleansing. I've been taking 4 at night for about a week and a half, and I finally feel like it's time to go down. You may wake up some mornings with rumbling in your stomach but that was only twice. Will buy again!!

I have ordered many times and this is my first issue with the product... But being a Quality Inspector for both Nutritional and Drug companies this is a big one and makes me wonder what their quality standards are or if they even have quality inspection. Although the plastic neck band was on and intact you can see where the first caps heat seal did not seal properly and wasn’t fully removed properly. And then the new cap was not ran through the heat sealer at all... so therefore am I supposed to just assume that they are putting the correct product is in the bottle. I think I’ll be switching back to Mag-07.
