Quality
I returned this pencil because it didn't color. It was just like I could have used my finger to do the line on my brow but there was no line, no color showing. Also, where the point of lead is when one opens it, the whole piece would come off and I had to place it again but I had to take the plastic cap off to gain access to it. It was quite a disappointment to receive such a cheap product. The video shows something totally different.
