Order this for my pup, who has hip displacer, it came , very poor quality rough wood, carpet stuck spwn wiv glue coming away , staples top and bottom , that my dog could cut himself on, requested a refund , sent a label to print off , 5he post office told me could not send back as barcode not valid, message seller was told , there had been a fire at there wearhouse , said they would collect , but not till the 24th, told them I wanted a refund before that, now my messages are being ignored.. disgraceful service, unfit product, no refund.
