Are the connectors the F1 type or the F2 type?

Mine arrived on 1/28/2021 and they had F2 connectors for what it's worth.

Are these the correct size for a cyber power 1350 avr?

For reference, the Cyberpower 1350 model CPR135XLU sold by Costco does not use a wiring pack or harness. Unplug and turn on its side so the two screws are upwards. Remove the screws and the side will slip off. There is plenty of room for these batteries so you probably have the cables that connect to the batteries trapped behind rather than toward the top of the battery where there is a place for cables. The 1350AVR does use a harness which must be kept flat to the batteries and your tape may be wadding up as you slide the new ones back in (or try to get old swollen ones out). That one's a tight fit. If memory serves, there is a single screw at the bottom of the front and the front slides up

I have the APC XS 1300. It does not say VA. Will this work with my model?

Yes, this will work with the APC XS 1300. The "VA" is not always referenced by APC or battery resellers. However, if you still have doubt, you can always check the dimensions of each battery.
