The furniture itself is very well made. Sturdy and heavy duty. I have a problem with the cushions, as the seat cushions are 3", no way 4". The back cushions are very thin. I complained and customer service is very responsive. They offered a small token to make me happy, and i agreed since very pleased with chairs, but will have to look for new cushions that will fit. We are using them as inside dinning chairs as we have an antique wrought-iron table base. They work well. Since they were not high enough my husband put blocks of wood under seat (that he painted black), while assembling. Works perfectly. The price is reasonable enough so new cushions will be next. They do not really rock, the person shown in the video is just pushing back in the seat. We did not want rocking so all good. The swivel motion is excellent. If you are not handy you may have a tiny bit of trouble putting them together, but that's you and not the furniture. The holes all line up well and such. The pictures are fairly true to the item, but we went by the stated measurements for cushions. Be prepared not to get cushy seating, just ok. Overall would recommend this item and this company.

I was looking for sturdy chairs and that is what I got. However the seat cushion is very hard and uncomfortable. The back cushion is great! I will try to find cushions that will work with these chairs that are more comfortable.

Took a large amount of time to assemble. The tools that came with the chairs are not suitable for assembly.Overall very satisfied with the chairs. They work great in my sunroom.

A pain to assemble....but chairs are great.

It is heavy and has good quality. The assembly is not the easiest for there has 8 nuts that you have to use two wrenches provided to tighten them up. But that makes it steady so I am not mad at it. I like the final look of it. I do hope the back cushion can be attached to the frame though.

Tricky to assemble alone but great instruction and fit.

I have to say it has an excellent value. It is well made, sturdy, easy to assemble and fits any decor.
