Thorn-Resistant Gardening Gloves -- Yay!
My backyard was overrun with stubbornly difficult foxtail weeds. I used these cotton-lined, thick, rubber gloves to handpick the spiny foxtails and found them to be very protective and comfortable the majority of time. But they do make my hands sweaty. Thankfully, they are easily washable/rinseable. After washing, I turn the cuffs over an inch or so to keep them open to dry out the fingers. I also put a desiccant packet in each glove when not in use. I am so glad I found these. They are a perfect solution to my weeding problem.

Saving my hands this winter.
I use these when I tend to our chickens. I got a larger size and I wear thin gloves underneath and they are awesome as I change out water and clean the coop. They are not too thick and come up past my wrist.

The BEST garden gloves for planting, digging and pruning.
So glad I could find them–you can't buy them in stores these days. They are THE best garden gloves to protect your hands, soft yet very sturdy. I use them daily here in San Diego and on garden design jobs for my clients.

Great gloves. The original one's I had lasted several years. Great for garden and heavy duty cleaning.

Worth every penny!
I bought these gloves 13 years ago, and they are still going strong, I'm looking to buy a second pair. For many years when I gardened in the Midwest, I used them for mulching; simply fabulous for that. They also came in handy while working in the garden when it was a bit chilly in the early spring/late fall. I slid them over my regular garden gloves for warmth/to avoid my hands getting damp. They even came in handy outside during winter, working around the yard, over my gloves to keep them dry...even while shoveling! Now that I live in FL, I still wear them not only to mulch, but to work in some rather mucky areas of my yard, or when I need something a bit more durable than the regular jersey/cotton garden glove. Wash up easily. Hands down (pun intended)...best glove ever.
