This is a total win for me...
I'm happy to own my hula. You can feel your muscles working as well as feel the good pain the next day. Fun to use as it doesn't feel like exercise. I love that I can measure my progress by taking links out as I burn this belly fat. I'm using muscles I forgot about and love it.. I highly recommend for someone just starting an exercise routine.

So easy to use.
As a mom of 3, it's hard to find time to work out. I use this 30 minutes before bed every night, which is equivalent to a 2 mile jog. I've went down in links & feelings better than ever!

Just okay
It works, but instructions leave a lot to be desired. There is no way this extends to 40 inches. I am a size 2 and had to add an extension strand (5 links) in to use. No way my husband could use this without 2-3 more extensions strands.

Does exactly what it says.
Not the best for weight loss though. I think it’s good for people who need to take that first step in working out. Start easy instead of full out running on the first day.

Good hula hoop
A nice hula hoop. Easy to assemble and use. Only complaint is how loud it is, and as you use it a white powder forms in the joints of the hoop.
