I liked the look of the lamp. It is a unique design that exactly suited what we needed in look and especially size. It's difficult to find a single chain light in this size. It's great because if you have a vaulted ceiling like we do where the box is not directly over where the table is and you need to sweep it, you can make this light work.I was a little disappointed that the box was damaged upon arrival. After installing I did find where one of the bulb sockets was dented and there was some rust on the metal. But I wasn't going to try and return at this point.The installation is tricky and the instructions are not useful; you need to just figure it out. I'm relatively handy so I was able to figure it out. The other tricky thing is that even with the four rope covered struts, it's tricky to keep it hanging just right.Please know that as it says, bulbs are not included. This is good because you can get the exact ones you want (get online as the ones at Lowe's are almost double the price, just make sure you note the bulb type in the lamp description).

Overall it has a nice look. The hooks used on the rope sections are cheap and there is no adjustment to make it hang level. Also there are no assembly instructions that are worth looking at. I originally gave a 4 star rating. I now cannot leave it at that. I am giving it a 2 star. Good looks poor quality.

So first time I received this product it was quite badly damaged in shipping and had to be returned. Second time I received the item it was still damaged with some scratched finish (see pic), but on to the more way concerning issues with how horrible this light is to install because of the insanely poor manufacturing/assembly.The wires that go up from the chandelier base where the lights install already come assembled outside of the rope support rods, meaning you have to open up the junction box of the light itself and COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLE pulling everything out to rewire! This is the ONLY WAY to get the wires routed internally up through the rope support assemblies. Add an extra hour or two anyways for your planned install time to account for this major manufacturing assembly screw up (see pics).

I love the look of this chandelier! I had searched for a while before making the purchase and this was the best price for what I wanted. When the light arrived it looked exactly as I expected. However, there was a little glitch. After a day or two the bulbs went out on one side. Replacing the bulbs did not fix it. I didn't have time to address the situation right away. I was contacted by the supplier via email to inquire about the chandelier. I explained how much I loved the light but that there was a bit of an issue with the bulbs lighting up on one side. They responded promptly and decided to send another one. I'm very excited to receive the new light because I really do just LOVE this chandelier! Additionally, this chandelier is very light despite the size of it. We have vaulted ceilings and it did not affect the installation and it truly looks beautiful!!!

Despite this chandelier having very bad reviews I just had to have it. Was a bit tricky to install so I had my electrician install it. So far so good and no issues. I'm absolutely in love with this beautiful chandelier!

This does look good when installed but be warned. This ended up burning out after 3 months it will not work anymore. I verified the electrical is fine and the wiring is correct but one day the bulbs got really bright when turning on, then immediately shut off with a very loud noise it was quite scary. Now it does not work. Also no where to contact the company for a return or warranty. If you are reading this Ladiqi please reach out to me

It was broken when receiving, even so, customer service contact me to offer a new lamp as a courtesy for the inconvenience, I’m waiting for it and I will be posting my new chandelier picture pretty soon!!!

It’s stunning. Gave so much character to the room. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered this fixture 3 years ago. It blew and no long works. My electrician said not worth fixing. Re-ordered the same one Because I really loved it but when the second one arrived it was no where near the same. It was much smaller and very cheaply made . Paint peeling off, unnecessary holes on the top. Needless to say I returned it and now have no chandelier. Not happy at all

The chandelier is beautiful but it is defective. We ordered this and had an electrician install it and one day it made a loud pop and stopped working. The seller replaced the chandelier which I was grateful for and we again had the new one installed. The second, new replacement, did the exact same thing. We were having family dinner and it scared us when it popped and stopped working. I’m requesting a full refund for this defective, unsafe product.
