Is it hard enough to protect your passport?

It's a hard cardboard (?) cover with a vinyl cover. There is no fastener, so it will flip open if not held close.

can it hold 2 passports?

Um.. I guess it could if you really wanted it to. Its definitely big enough. You could put one on one side and the other on the other side.

What is the size? Specs say 6.5 x 6.5, but it doesn't look square to me.

I do not have it with me but it is not square. I LOVE it! With the credit card slots and perfect spot for a passport, It exceeded my expectations.

Will a vaccine card fit in the card slot, or only in the large pocket? Thanks.

I doubt it would fit in the card slot unless folded.
