Very nice quality with a see through window. The UV light is beautiful color and not too intense - perfect lighting and keeps my towels smelling very fresh. The heat is superb and the warmer fits my space perfectly. Thank you 😊 I took a pic without towels, but I’ll drop another pic with the towels later. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. Worse case scenario spend the $3-$7 extra for the extra warranty it’s definitely worth it.

A good friend of mine put me on to this towel warmer, I didn't even know it was a thing! I am in love with this. I put my towels and my fuzzy socks in before my shower and come out and they're nice and toasty for me. Thats everything after a long hard day at work. It has hooks for smaller items. I love the design of it, not too big so it doesn't look tacky no matter where I put it. It fits beautifully in the corner of my bathroom. I love that it has a automatic timer on it which is awesome. Love the scent feature also that's a huge plus. I have already told a few of my friends about it that were in the dark like me, so I am sure that they are checking it out right now also. Absolutely worth every penny.

Expect toxic fumes and fire hazards. The towel warmer works as expected, but the plastic protective film (that even has a warning sticker telling you to remove it), is physically screwed into the warmer and can not be properly removed. It's even wrapped into the electrical connections. So, yes, there is definitely a weird smell. Because theres plastic melting around the internals.

Perfect size towel warmer at an even better price. It fits quite a few rolled up towels and is able to get them to a perfect temperature. This was such a great addition to add to our barbershop.

This towel warmer works great! It heats up fast, holds a lot of towels, and the stainless steel racks let me do wet and dry towels at the same time. The LED light is a nice touch too. My only complaint is the packaging—the cellophane wrapping was stuck in between parts of the warmer and was a pain to remove. Other than that, it’s sturdy and does exactly what I need.

We have used this in a massage room for our office for over a year and it has done so well for us. It keeps the towels at a perfect temperature for several hours. It has a "soft close" magnet-like feature, that makes a noise that can be avoided by closing it manually. Spacious and easy to turn off and on.

I’m hopeful that this towel warmer doesn’t get too hot…I’ll be back to update. Plugged in for 30 minutes and the exterior top is quite warm. But I’m giving it fewer starts because of the weight, it’s very light. So empty, when you open the door the cabinet slides around. And the protective film was impossible to remove completely, many of the seams still have frayed plastic. And the front sticker on the front was ridiculous. I soaked it off with windex, and then alternated windex and almond oil (oil breaks down adhesives) until it was gone. In a dark room the finish looks fine, in bright light, not so much. If the cabinet keeps a constant temperature, I’ll keep it. But it was a lot of work to get it to look ok. Probably took 30 minutes and 1/2 roll of paper towel. Plus the stickers on the back with the model number and appliance information…was on top of the protective film?!? So that’s garbage. Those stickers were probably meant to be on the appliance

The product heat well, easy instructions and have health sticker attached to remind me that I need to clean regularly like every week and check the water storage every 3-5 day or so depends on how many towels I putting there. I like the product! Recommended to others.
