This is made from a SOLID (NOT hollow) block of powder coated steel. The craftsmanship is flawless and functional. The seller is extremely fast to respond to questions with informative answers. Buy with confidence. The weight is approximately 9LBS. It comes well packaged in it's own box with foam cut outs for each piece. It also comes with a locking bar, a set of two barrel keys, a cotter pin and two spare poly washers for the shackle.
