Got this for my kid who battles constipation. It is tasteless and dissolves well (it is a little clumpy in ice-cold water but it does eventually dissolve). She is using the bathroom every day now and well, snakes not rocks lol, which is important.

Only thing I've found that works when taken regularly. Not bloated and regular. I shake it into my water bottle in the morning (wait five minutes for it all to dissolve), I'm good! No more cramping from IBS
