The candles are white under the color coat
The color is not all the way through, they are white candles dipped in the color coating of your choosing. I bought black and purple and they are white underneath.

NOT Dripless
These are not dripless at all!! Disappointed with this purchase. I had them burning for about 30 minutes and they dripped everywhere. DO NOT BUY.

Not a drip less or dripless candle.
"Drip less" candles weren't so drip less. Ruined the linens at my wedding and have to now replace their linens. Very disappointed.

Excellent quality. Using for my wedding
Excellent quality. Using for my wedding. Tested the candle for 4 hrs. No dripping at all, the candle burned quickly the first 45mins maybe down 2 inches and after that a very slow even burn.

Disaster, not dripless!
Nice looking candles that I was very pleased with until we actually lit them. Used for a large Christmas Dinner party. They completely ruined the tablecloths! Dripless, - entirely NOT. They spilled hot wax all over the candle holders and onto the table cloth. Guest had to warn us of a potential fire hazard. One Guest even commented they had never seen a regular candle drip so much, especially not one that claimed to be dripless while spill hot wax all over the place. Embarrassing and Dangerous! A total mess.

Great value, but not perfect
I can confirm what other reviewers have mentioned, the colored candles are white, with a thin shell of your chosen color. For light colors, like yellow, this isn't a problem, but I can see how it would look strange for darker colors, since as it burns down, it exposes the white center core.Otherwise, these seem to be excellent candles. The base design allows the candle to be pressed into a 3/4" holder without manually trimming them. They have been burning reasonably bright, yet lasting longer than I expected. And so far, no drips either. You need to be careful to align the candle perfectly upright, but that's true of any candle. The unique base design actually makes aligning the candle easier than a normal taper base.Overall, I am pleased, and will buy more when I run out, but I can't give 5 stars due to the color only being a coating.

Great, affordable staple
I bought a variety of colors and lengths from this seller and they were perfect! I used them all in a large candle base for a birthday and they were a huge hit. They are technically ‘dripless’ however in my situation, they were fairly close together which caused them to hear and melt the candles next to them. If you have space between the candles, you will not have an issue with dropping. Will buy again from this seller!

Bases are a bit smaller than anticipated.
Candles arrived on time and in good order, for the most part, they are nice candles. However, most 10" tapers i Have purchased in the past have a 7/8" base. These are undersized at the base and required trimming the bottom and, in some cases, my require using something to get the candle to fit properly in a holder without wiggling about.
