Her Vigilante

I love Lillian Lark - having read her monster romances which are AH-MAZING. This twisted story is hot and steamy and in the short amount of time it takes to read, there really is good character development.

Half romance, half police procedural (but breaking tons of rules) - I liked it. To write the review I had to remind myself about the story, but it was good. Wouldn't have pulled me out of a reading slump as another reviewer said, but I'm a picky reader and there are lots of books I simply put down. This one lasted to the end.

Believable storylines and great characters. The first half of the story is very sexy and full of chemistry. This is my first book of this author and it won't be the last.

This book is so good! I loved the Way this book was written I was sucked in and truly loved the characters I felt like I was in the book with them! If you haven’t read this or any of Lillian’s books you need to she is amazing

I am a sucker for a good serial k1ller romance book. This one was one of the best.Special Agent Evie Michaels is a force to be reckoned with. She has yet to fail in catching her target. Her current case, catching the killer dubbed the vigilante, has gotten under her skin. Will she be able to catch him, and when she does, will she be able to resist?There is not a character in this book who I didn’t love. Evie is smart, methodical and a complete bad a**. The vigilante is hot and keeps everything so steamy.There are twists and turns in this book that kept me on my toes and I loved it.I highly recommend checking this book out!If you have a praise kink, this is also the book for you!

This was an unexpected find as I explored a dark rabbit hole. I read the sample chapter and was intrigued by the heroine who veered from protocol (plus it vaguely reminded me of The Widow File by SG Redling, if it had gone down the dirtier path).The first half of the book was dark, filthy, and enthralling, though as it moved into the second half of the book, the momentum started to wobble. If I was uncharitable, I'd say it was when the book kinda fell apart. But I was already invested in the characters so I let myself go in the direction the story was heading. I wanted a happy ending, and I got one, so I'm satisfied.

First off, let me say hats off to the author. I normally read paranormal romance, but I picked up this book because TikTok made me do it, and am I glad it did. The chemistry between the Vigilante and Evie is off the charts. And my girl Evie has a darkness in her that makes her feel real. And the Vigilante... yum. He was the perfect mix of an Alpha with a vendetta who is surprised by his need for Evie. There were a couple of twists in there that made me catch my breath too. Overall, I loved this book and can't recommend it enough.

Yes!!! This was everything I wish for in my romantic suspense novels but rarely ever find. It was PERFECTLY mixed with suspense, thrills, action, sexy, and so beautifully written. This was my first Lillian Lark read but will definitely NOT be my last. I think I might have found my new one click author!!!SO GOOD!!!!!

I enjoy books with morally ambiguous hero's/characters. This one is very good! All the humour and hot sex I was expecting from Ms. Lark's other books I've read, plus the added thrill of a hunt. Very nicely written!

Dieses Buch war fantastisch, vom Anfang bis zum Ende! Jeder einzelne Charakter war komplex und faszinierend, die Beziehung zwischen der FBI-Agentin und dem Vigilante sowohl sexy als auch spannend. Zum ersten Mal habe ich mir gewünscht, dass ein Buch länger gewesen wäre.Gegen Ende nahm die Spannung etwas ab, aber das Buch verdient trotzdem 5 Sterne.

I came for the tension and steamy scenes (which it absolutely delivered) and stayed for the interesting, flawed characters and great plot. The first half is like an erotic thriller and the other half is more character focused, both parts of which I loved. It's less than 200 pages but builds such a great relationship between the two main characters

I follow the Author on Tik-Tok because she gives amazing book recommendations ,which is how I found her book and I love it. Warning there is a mention of pregnancy which is usually when I close the book and read a different one ,this one just worked for the story so I read it till the end and I didn’t regret it. I don’t know how to write book reviews but I think this is a good book it has a very nice flow.
