I needed to upgrade my airfryer from a lid fryer to a full size one. Also, needed to fix my oven as bake option wasn't working had to use convection choice only. Then along came the 9 in 1 NINJA AirFryer perfect replacement for both my needs plus added benefits. Appreciate all the cooking features, ease in cleaning but the Flip Up feature is totally the bomb!! Easy & convenient to use ,cleanup a dream & Flip up gives me back my counter space. It looks nice, works efficiently, & totally economical beyond belief! Best $$$ ever spent for a multipurpose kitchen appliance! ❤️❤️❤️

It's a really nice product. I've been pleased with my Ninja Coffee maker and so I wanted to get this as well to replace my pot-style drawer air fryer that is OK but I would prefer a oven style door instead. We don't need to do the flipping up to save space but tested it out. It's heavier than you might think but it cools off first and lets you know when to flip it up. Not hard to do. But the most important thing is that it seems to cook food really well. We've reheated pizzas and cooked chicken nuggets and other nugget style foods.

Been using it for almost two years. Works fantastic and is perfect to fold up and store out of the way.

Heats up fast, and cooks well and evenly. looks good. This should be ATLEAST an inch taller. this is for small foods, but can fit a large amount of small food. and puts out AMPLE heat. probably 2 racks of wings, 40 total. I like collecting the drippings from chicken etc, because its the best part, and makes it easier to clean. To cook a chicken thigh for example, you have to set the shallow pan+cooling rack, (which arent even made to be ontop of eachother) ONTOP of the heating element, not on the rack, not even in the rack slot. Otherwise, skin bubbles up, touches the top heaters, and sets off smoke alarms. quality product, I paid about $120 renewed, it's well enough. This thing is a kitchen work horse. It cooks food so fast and efficiently and evenly. By far the easiest to clean air fryer I've found AND space saving. We use it almost daily.

The positive is that it performs a variety of functions from baking, to frying, to toasting bread. The two MASSIVE negatives are how messy it is and how cumbersome it is to use. Prior to this, I had a basket type air fryer with presets on the screen. For chicken, select the chicken button. That's it. This one doesn't have presets, so you constantly have to pull out your phone or some cheat sheet to figure out time and temp for different foods. Second, it's messy as hell. When proteins are done cooking and you pull out the tray to take out the food, the proteins will drip all over the oven's glass door, inside of the machine and kitchen floor if you're not careful. You then have to remove the wire rack and drip pan and clean them before you can flip the machine up to put away or else all the drippings will flow to the back of the machine and settle. Disgusting machine to live with on a daily basis. Get a basket type machine instead.

I have used it in every mode and it works perfectly in each. I like that I can flip it up and use my counter when I am not using the oven. It is a bit loud. I wondered if that means there is something wrong, but so far it has worked fine.
