The child I bought this for loved it. She is nine years old and didn't have the patience to wait for someone to help her follow instructions but had a great time messing around with the contents and doing her own "experimnets."

My son is really into science right now. He loves making “potions”. This was a great birthday gift for him. It came with instructions that are easy to follow. So much fun to be had with this.

Bought for my granddaughter. She loves science experiments and this was a great gift for her.

This was awesome. You do have to buy some extra things to complete some of the projects but it is well worth it.

I brought this kit for my 11 year old Grandson. He has really enjoyed these activities.

Give this to a kid (who doesn't have a source of income) and then in order to do most of the experiments they need to buy other stuff. It's weird seeing another language before English on the poorly labeled ingredients that are included in the kit. The listing and pictures of the box would lead you to believe this is better put together than it actually is. Kind of feel like I paid $30 for someone to print out easily searchable experiments on the web. Also I feel like an 8 year old child would struggle with some of the experiments in here, not counting the ones it says get an adult for (using matches, or a stove etc).

I bought this for my 11 year old granddaughter. She had so much fun with it that I think I may buy her another different one. The real good news is, she didn't manage to blow up the house! Joke.......

It was given as a gift and I was told the kids loved it and had a blast.
