Looks pretty good compared to my older ones, it is very comfortable, fees quality and is easy to grip, it doesn't squeak like some of my other ones, it squeaks a little bit when you first use it after a few hours but i goes away relatively quickly. It is versatile and can be used in lots of different positions, it feels durable but i couldnt really say as i haven't had for very long, it took away pain from the joints in and around my hand/forearm and made my carpal tunnel alot more manageable, overall amazing product!

Now although I paid extra for the ergonomic grip in the hopes it wouldn’t slip, it still did but that’s because I have very sweaty hands so I’ll let that slide, it also hurts your palms quite a bit and there’s no way to actually tell how much weight is on it, you just know that after enough adjusting it gets heavy, but besides that it’s sturdy and does as advertised. It’s pretty solid.

This hand-grip trainer is great way to work out the forearm muscles in an easy and efficient manner.It is adjustable so you can set the strength to a level that is suitable and work your way up as you progress. You can certainly feel the tension change when moving up a level.It has a very good grip which helps as it makes it comfortable to hold.I would recommend definitely recommend this product, it is a great price in comparison to others listed for sale.

Really good lasted ages and does the job can't complain. The spring gets a tiny bit squeaky over tiny but it's not bad

Cheap and works

It is easy to use and will help as I get older with my strength, the only thing I do not like is that it dials from 5KG to 60KG and there are no markings to say where you are. So you would not no if you were trying to use 10/20 or 25KG's up to the 60, other than that it is well made and excellent at what it is doing for my strength in my hands.

Its good for the price and worth getting but the letters that been painted on or printed on comes fast abit to fast so u forget which kg to pick and so on other than that its worth the money
