If you have problems with relaxing your mind to go to sleep. This is the helpful supplement I use. Sometimes my body doesn't respond to melatonin. I use this to relax my mind and muscles. This was especially helpful after knee replacement surgery. I recommend mixing with water. The vanilla chamomile taste is suttle and not overwhelming. Neither is it chalky.

I love this product, I really enjoy the benefits of magnesium. The only thing I’ve struggled with is finding the proper dose to take. I always seem to take too much because I end up in the bathroom about an hour after taking it. I wish there was a better option of getting the proper dose. Other than that I love the calm magnesium.

It works for me, but it tastes TERRIBLE. I will not be purchasing this again due to the taste, but if you can get last it, it does seem to work for me. I use it to help me sleep. If it didn’t taste so awful I’d give it 5 stars. I give 4 because it works.

The picture of the nutrion label on the listing is very misleading! The product I received has an entirely different label. I bought this product because it contained B vitamins and other nutrients, but this only has magnesium and l-theonine. Additionally, it does taste like honey chamomile tea, but it's odd to be drinking something cold with that taste.
