Problem is - there isnt proper instructions 4 diff m/wave watt. When got intouch seller, which took over a wk 4 reply , after xplainin as talkin 2 child -If your m/wave is 900w only put band in for 20s, not as they state 35-40s, like i said no proper instructions 4 dthe diff mwave wattages, seller seems 2 think its all same seconds no matter the watt, . I dont agree as higher the watt the less you leave in

These are fabulous for headaches and migraines I bought one for my Dad and mum they think they are great. Comes with a bag for storing in the fridge so it doesn’t be affected by food smells .

I bought this for headache and eye pain relief but before I could use it, my son stole it! Flu headache, and recently hangover headache, and he's a big fan! Comes with its own wee zipper bag when cooling it in the freezer. Apparently it's a comfortable fit and gives the relief required. I'll need to buy another for myself because he's pinched this 1st purchase.

Good product for headache. Comfortable to wear. Blocks light and applies pressire to head.

This is a useful product to help with headaches and migraines. It's incredibly soft and comfortable to wear - I just wish it would stay cooler for longer.

It does feel nice and cooling for my headaches but when I try and wear as a mask fully over my eyes it doesn’t fully black out theyres a big gap at bottom for light to get through I have not got a small head so this is rather on the large size I think it’s expensive too for what it is
