Disappointing Experience with Laptop Keyboard and Customer Support
Product delivery date was 30-Aug-2023, on 04-october-2023 I was reported. I encountered issues with my laptop keyboard approximately 2-3 months after purchase. Initially, I tried to contact the seller via phone, but I couldn't get through. Consequently, I sent an email and messaged them on WhatsApp. After a few days, I finally received a response on WhatsApp. I provided them with a detailed description of the problems along with the keyboard testing report. Despite understanding the issues, they insisted that I visit their store with the keyboard. Being from West Bengal, it’s impractical for me to visit the store, especially since I opted for an online purchase to save time. The product quality is poor, and the support for warranty claims is equally disappointing. I feel I deserve better service and a more convenient solution. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Pros: Automatic key pressing, some keys are not working. Cons: Poor product quality Inefficient customer support Inconvenient warranty claim process Rating: 1/5
