Not fresh, too expensive, will never buy again, or recommend any one to buy..picture makes product look much bigger than the real thing.I've been conned on this one, not worth what I paid for it.

Fresh and Delicious
I purchased this item because I love marzipan and I love pistachios.They are very fresh, soft , sweet and delicious, you really see and taste the pistachio maripan on the inside. I loved it so much I found myself eatting more than I should have. Although not my favorite, it does have a hint of rose water flavor, but it's still wonderful. If you are not familiar with marzipan it's sweetened ground almonds, but can also be sweetened ground pistachios.I was really hesitant to buy it because the discription is extremly vague. No weight is listed, nor the number of pieces. In my box I recieved 21 pieces that are just shy of 2 inches long each. Each piece weights in at 3/4 of an ounce, so your getting just under a pound of product. The discription lists walnuts or dates, and I don't think there is either of those things in this product.This is a great gift item. I have had some other maripan products but none that taste as good as this. I will be buying this item again in the future.
