Beautiful & good quality - but with a dangerous flaw!
Bought this for my 4 year old and was disappointed to realise when it came that it fastens around the neck. And it's a strong fastening too - if the very long floaty wings got caught on something (which chances are they would!) then the fastening would NOT reliably break loose. There was no way I was putting it on a child.We decided to cut the Velcro way down to weaken the hold so it would break loose if pulled - would highly recommend doing that if you're putting this on a child.
