I have been bothered by night hot flashes and thought I would try Apravio Menopause Support. Since I started, I wake up a lot less- Sometimes, not at all! I can't remember the last time I have been able to sleep all the way through the night. I feel more balanced.

After trying these for a few months while on very minimal meds I determined that this menopause support provides minimal to moderate relief. Of course, the effects on any pills of this nature will vary per person as to how severe their menopause is. I did not have severe issues, they were just starting and I was simply looking for help in relieving hot flashes and such. Since this was a testing phase I can only say that some relief was received and some days moreso than others which factors in with what you eat, drink and if you exercise. Its definitely one of those things that may work for some and may not for others and the effects are not consistent because our lab values and systems are everchanging during this changing time.

Definitely helped with hot flashes and night sweats. I also felt like I had a bit of an increase in energy. Not as sluggish as I was before I started taking Apravio. It was delivered quickly and I will buy again for sure!

These supplements are to help with some of the bothersome symptoms of menopause. I often have hot flashes and never get a decent amount of sleep. I took them for about 3 weeks and found that although they barley help with my hot flashes I at least got some relief with fewer hot flashes. This did not help at all with my sleep problems I was grateful for a product to possibly help others . I found that the price point is comparable to other Menopause support supplements.

I've gone outside of my doctor for relief of menopause and I've taken a chance. I've been trying these for a couple of weeks. The only difference in my symptoms that I've noticed is that I'm getting more sleep thru the night (always had a hard time with that). Sooo....looking back I can honestly say that they DO work for my hot flashes and mood swings. I guess being asleep and staying asleep will circumvent all of that :) Was a skeptic but now happy. Will continue to purchase and will recommend to my BFFs :)

I say they work for me because it did help with the night sweats which are very annoying if you get them. I'm am going through pre menopause so I may not have every symptom yet but the hot flashes and night sweat were my biggest concerns I wanted help with and this helped with that.

Great for relief from night sweats. The jury is out as far as Mood Enhancement during the day. I plan to start a DHEA regimen for mood swings so well see how it goes if I supplement with this.
